I can't log in.

Try a hard refresh first (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). If your password isn't working, use the 'Forgot password' link on the login screen — the reset email arrives within a minute. If you don't see it, check spam. Account locked after too many failed attempts? Your account admin can unlock it.

Question 2

The app feels slow or unresponsive.

First two checks: is your internet connection healthy (try fast.com)? And are you on a current browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari)? If both look fine and only one screen is sluggish, sign out and back in. Persistent slowness across the whole platform — that's something we want to hear about.

Question 3

My barcode scanner isn't working.

Accepted Answer

Most scanner issues come down to pairing or a stuck cursor. Make sure the scan target field is selected (cursor is in it). If it's a Bluetooth scanner, unpair and re-pair. If USB, try a different port. A quick scanner reboot fixes the rest.

My report won't print or download.

Accepted Answer

Use the 'Download PDF' option instead of direct print — it avoids printer-driver issues entirely. If the PDF won't generate, check that your browser isn't blocking popups for sbigrower.com.

Question 5

My order or invoice isn't showing up.

Accepted Answer

Default filters often hide what you're looking for. Check your date range (it's usually defaulted to 'Last 30 days'), and confirm you haven't filtered by a specific customer or status. If it's still missing after clearing filters, refresh the page to pull fresh data.

Question 6

I forgot my password.

Accepted Answer

Click 'Forgot password' on the login screen. A reset email arrives within one minute — check spam if you don't see it. The link expires after 30 minutes.

Question 7

How do I add or remove a user on my account?

If you're an account admin, look under Settings → Users. If 'Users' isn't visible there, you don't have the admin role — ask your account admin to add someone for you, or to grant you the User Admin role first.

Question 8

My data isn't syncing between mobile and desktop.

Accepted Answer

Mobile pulls fresh data every 60 seconds. Force a refresh by pulling down on the screen (iOS) or tapping the refresh icon (Android). Persistent mismatches usually mean a connectivity issue on the mobile device — check that it has a stable signal.

Question 9

A screen looks different than it did last week.

Accepted Answer

We probably shipped an update. Check the 'Patch notes' tab on this page — every change we make is logged there with a date. We try to never move things around without telling you.

Question 10

I see different screens than my coworker.

Accepted Answer

Permission roles control which screens you see. Your account admin can adjust your role under Settings → Users. If you think you should have access to something, ask them first — it's almost always a permission setting, not a bug.
