YOUR ADVENTURE STARTS HERE.

The Platform is your hub for everything needed to run your business with SBI. This is the first step in your implementation and your one-stop-shop thereafter.

ACCESS ALL APPS

Sign into your account in the Platform and you’ll be taken to your hub. Here, you’ll be able to access all subscribed apps for your company (and request access to apps if not already granted).

VIEW / UPDATE BILLING

Manage your account settings, including all billing information. You can view your invoicing and update any payment information on file.

SUBMIT & MANAGE CASES

From the Platform, you can get to the Client Tool. Here, you can submit and manage cases - this is where you’ll communicate with your SBI Team.

From the Platform, select Learning Center in order to search through our video library. Here, you will find hands-on examples of how best to utilize the software.

CLIENT TOOL

From the Platform, click Client Tool. This app is your communication tool with your SBI Team. This is where you enter cases and check progress.

LIVE TRAINING

Tune in to our free live trainings throughout the year. During these sessions, you will learn more about our products, gain a bit of insider knowledge, and much more!

START A CHAT

From the Platform, select Client Tool; begin a chat in the bottom right corner. Chat with us when you’re experiencing an issue or just have a quick question. You can also begin a chat here.

SUBMIT A CASE

In Client Tool, you can submit a case. This is best utilized when you (or our team) believe the issue can’t be solved within a 24hr period.

EMERGENCY

Available in Client Tool under ‘New Case’, flag your case as an emergency. Our goal is to respond to your emergency within an hour and resolve it as fast as possible.


UNDERSTANDING YOUR ACCOUNT STATEMENT.

Your billing is specific to you and your businesses needs. We have 3 types of invoices: Recurring Monthly, Additional Support, Projects/Implementation.

RECURRING MONTHLY CHARGES: Charges on your contract with SBI, and can include:

  • License Agreement(s) with SBI

  • Cloud Hosting

  • EDI Charges

  • QuickBooks Hosting

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT BILLING: As part of your recurring monthly charges, you receive a courtesy credit towards help and support. If you exceed this credit, an additional support invoice will be generated.

Additional support billing is a collection of cases invoiced each month. If you do not exceed your support credit, you will not receive an invoice. If you do exceed your support credit, all cases worked in that month will be invoiced (includes long-term cases). If a case is ‘non-billable’, it will be marked as such on your invoice. Any software bugs are never billed.

HOW YOUR SUPPORT BUCKET WORKS: Following your on-time payment for your recurring license, your courtesy support credit will be applied to your ‘support bucket’. This support bucket is used to cover any support cases billed. If you exceed your support bucket, you will receive an additional support billing. If you do not exceed your support bucket, this support credit can accumulate for up to 6 months for use during that time period.

PROJECT / IMPLEMENTATION BILLING: All projects and implementations are scoped and quoted. Once you accept the quote, an invoice is created. If there is a downpayment required to start, it will be notated on your invoice. Once that payment is received, we begin. When ready to go live, we will require final payment.
